Traveling East on I-495 (Long Island Expressway):

• Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) east to exit 53 (the sign reads Sagtikos State Parkway)
• Follow signs for Wicks Road
• Continue down the ramp and make a left onto Wicks Road
• Follow Wicks Road to Motor Parkway (next light) make right
• Immediately get into left lane and make a left at the traffic light

Traveling East on the Grand Central/Northern State Parkway:

• Take Grand Central Parkway East (Becomes Northern State Parkway at Nassau County border)
• Continue on Northern State to exit 46 (New Hwy)
• Follow exit ramp to first stop sign (Moreland Road) make right
• Follow Moreland Road approximately 1.5 miles to 100/102 Motor Parkway (Sign for parking lot on left right before Motor Parkway)

Traveling West on I-495 (Long Island Expressway):

• Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) west to exit 53 (the sign reads Sagtikos State Parkway)
• Follow signs for Wicks Road
• When you come off the ramp stay in right lane and go straight through the light into parking lot for 100 Motor Parkway
