Policies

In general, Westbury applies the following policies and guidelines regarding investments and relationships with portfolio companies:

Lead Investor or Participant: We are comfortable serving as lead investor or participant. In either scenario, we only invest with other established, high-quality firms.

Board Participation: We generally play an active role in our portfolio companies via the Board of Directors, either as a full member or an active nonvoting observer.

Continued Financial Support: Typically, we structure investments to allow for further Westbury participation in subsequent financings.

Investment Duration: As long-term investors, we anticipate the span of our investment holding period to be three to five years.

Financial Reporting: In all investments, we require access to management and detailed, timely financial information.
