Mr. Aizenberg is a Managing Director at Westbury Partners primarily responsible for originating and executing mezzanine transactions. Mr. Aizenberg has over 15 years of experience in leveraged finance and private equity, and joined Westbury in 2010. Prior to joining Westbury, Mr. Aizenberg was a Managing Director at Global Leveraged Capital, where he was responsible for originating and executing senior and mezzanine loan transactions for middle-market companies. Mr. Aizenberg began his career in banking with the Media & Telecom Finance Group at Paribas. He later acted as Team Leader and Director for the Acquisition Finance Group at BNP Paribas, where he originated and executed over $4 billion in financings as Lead Arranger. Earlier in his career, Mr. Aizenberg was a Consultant with Ernst & Young in the Information Technology Group.

Mr. Aizenberg earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in 1994, and a BS in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1991.
