Mr. Sicoli has more than 20 years of private equity, consulting and financial accounting experience and has served as Westbury Partner’s Chief Financial Officer since co-founding the Firm in 1995. Previously, Mr. Sicoli served as an Audit and Accounting Manager for Price Waterhouse, LLP, a leading global financial services firm, which he joined in 1988.
At Westbury, Mr. Sicoli is a senior partner actively participating in the origination and structuring of investment opportunities and serves as a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. As Westbury’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Sicoli is primarily responsible for the financial, accounting and tax matters relating to Westbury’s investment partnerships, as well as the regulatory compliance responsibilities associated with the Firm’s registered status as a licensed Small Business Investment Company.
Mr. Sicoli is a New York State Certified Public Accountant and earned his BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University.
